  • i found fitness : I used to be a competitive cross country and track athlete all throughout my middle school, high school, and college career I fell in love with fitness! I wanted to find a way for everyone to fall in love with the way exercising makes you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally! I started my yoga teacher training in college and went on to pursue personal training and group fitness while I was in graduate school receiving my Master’s in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. I have run multiple half marathons and my love for running and exercise should be obvious by my classes ;)
  • what i like most about fitness classes: I love motivating others to be the best version of themselves they can be. It’s so inspiring to me to see my clients accomplish their goals and exercise makes you feel good about yourself. Whatever you’re goal may be I’m here to help you achieve it!
  • my guilty pleasure: Anything reality TV related I watch it all haha.
