i found fitness : At the early age of 12 my “to-do list” consisted of 50 push ups, 50 squats, run the neighborhood, do my homework and clean my room. Over 20 years later, not much has changed! I’ve flirted with competitive swimming, weightlifting, Crossfit, functional training, yoga and much more! My greatest achievements happen every time I show someone how they can change their life for the better and they make it happen!

advice for new students: Stay strong and stay consistent because you’ll start to do things that you never thought were possible!
