what i like most about fitness classes: I love seeing clients hit their goals that seemed “impossible” to them. To share in their joy! I love the energy of a group class and the sense of community that I belong too.

advice for new students: To appreciate the process. To appreciate where you are on your journey and to never compare yourself to anybody else. To always celebrate the victories, big or small.
