- i found fitness : I've been active most of my life. In my younger years, I was a dancer. I found my way into the gym during my college years. And in my mid and late 20s, I found running while living in Memphis. We enjoyed the St Jude half marathon each year and I completed in the Las Vegas Marathon in 2006. I dabbled a little in yoga as well. Fast forward after two kids, I hurt my shoulder lifting weights and ended up having to have PT. Afterwards, I decided to try yoga again because I needed a way to strength train with my own body weight. This decision was life changing as it eventually led me to become a Yoga Instructor.
- what i like most about fitness classes: I love knowing that people feel better leaving my class than when they showed up.
