i found fitness : I used to be obese, I hit 300 pounds at my maximum weight. I started training with a trainer that inspired me to become a fitness professional. I wanted to be able to help others go through what I went through. I think my greatest achievement was not losing all the weight, but actually keeping it off. I worked really hard on becoming my best self so that I can share my experience and guide others to reach their highest potential.
what i like most about fitness classes: Being able to support & guide others through their journey, to reach their goals and become the best versions of themselves.
