  • i found fitness : I grew up watching my mom teach classes, and developed my own passion for fitness & exercise very early! As soon as I was old enough to workout on my own, I was in the gym every day, truly loving everything about it. Eventually, it just made sense to jump into teaching, and I’ve found a whole new passion as an instructor!
  • advice for new students: First of all, welcome to my class!! It can be a daunting process to start a new fitness journey, and even getting this far is a huge step in the right direction. Once you get started, it will take a bit of time to adjust to your new routine, and there will be days when you feel like pulling back or giving up. In these moments, it’s important to listen to your body, but also to remember why you started! If it was easy, you would have done it a long time ago. But the challenge will be worth it, no matter your personal reasons & motivations. It’s also a good idea to set realistic goals, focus on how you feel each day, and don’t get caught up comparing yourself to others! Your journey is unique to you, and while competition can be fun, don’t ever let it discourage you.
