  • songs on my playlist: I love me some 90s music. Probably expect a few of those on most playlists. I tend to gravitate toward high energy songs.
  • advice for new students: Find a teacher who makes you laugh, supports you when you cry, and motivates you to be the best version of yourself. But most important advice of all....stick with it! Some days will be hard, challenging, and frustrating. Dig deep and see that you are capable of achieving anything. Believe in yourself because as trainers we believe in you!
  • when youre not in the gym: When not in the gym I enjoy watching and going to sporting events, Go Vols! I remain active and enjoy exploring Chattanoogatanooga and the surrounding area by bike, kayak, or foot. I enjoy going to Broadway productions (my favorite is Wicked). I like to spend time with friends with quick trips out of town or grabbing food and drinks at a local restaurant.
