what i like most about fitness classes: I love seeing my clients/friends achieve and exceed their fitness goals! I love the close, personal relationships I establish with each person I teach or train. I take it to heart that if my client/friend succeeds, then I succeed. I enjoy finding what makes each person "tick" and using that to help find ways to motivate or push each client/friend to the next level in their fitness journey.
favorite part of my class: My favorite part of class is seeing all the smiles and sweat on everyone's faces. Fitness can be fun and challenging at the same time!
