  • i found fitness : After my oldest son was born and I did not, in fact, bring home a 60 pound baby, I realized I needed to actually try exercising and eating well. Once I ran my first 5k, I discovered my competitive side! I spent several years running the road racing circuit while raising babies. After running my first full marathon, I joined a local gym to change things up and fell in love with Insantiy, Bodypump, and indoor cycle! I've since tried countless classes, outdoor cycling, home workouts, training programs, and certifications and never get tired of pushing my body just to see what it can do.
  • what i like most about fitness classes: My absolute favorite thing about being a group fitness instructor is showing people how strong they are. Fitness is so much more than looking great - it is about finding mental and physical strength you never knew you had.
  • advice for new students: Learn the basics, be proud of your accomplishments, and surround yourself with people who will support you!
